{"id":1261,"date":"2015-02-03T14:39:54","date_gmt":"2015-02-03T13:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/?page_id=1261"},"modified":"2019-04-30T09:20:32","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T07:20:32","slug":"manufacturing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/company\/manufacturing\/","title":{"rendered":"Manufacturing processes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Boats that are 100% Made in France<\/h2>\n<p>We are located in Brittany at Miniac-Morvan (department code 35) near St Malo.&nbsp; All our boats are made entirely in our workshops and are therefore 100% Made in France.&nbsp; Today we have 10 different models of craft in our range, with an array of sub-divisions within each model type.&nbsp; We are active in the following 3 industry sectors:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/freshwater-angling-boats\/\">angling<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/pleasure-craft\/\">leisure craft<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/rescue-boats\/\">rescue boats<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>All our materials are specially selected<\/h2>\n<p>All our polyethylene boats are fully impregnated with dyes for exceptional resistance to UV.&nbsp; Our boats also have a great reputation for withstanding knocks and bumps.&nbsp; Their light weight makes for easy transportation and quick and easy handling in and out of the water.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/materials\/\">&gt; See the materials used by Rigiflex<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>The advantage of roto-moulded boats<\/h2>\n<p>Rigiflex specialises in roto-moulding.&nbsp; All our craft are built in our workshop at Miniac-Morvan in the Ille et Vilaine department of Brittany (department code 35).&nbsp; Our boats feature either single or double layered hulls depending on the model.<\/p>\n<p>All our polyethylene craft are very easy to upkeep.&nbsp; There is very little that can go wrong with these boats! We have over 20 years\u2019 experience in plastic manufacturing and our efficient production processes mean all our products represent excellent value for money!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rigiflex.net\/en\/roto-moulding\/\">&gt;
